She has extensive experience of leading large, remote teams and working with groups and individuals as a mentor.
Ruth is a skilled and agile professional who prides herself on understanding the needs of the business and is passionate about creating practical and efficient solutions that will add real value to teams. A strong believer in the power of great internal communications and ensuring the best employee experience for all. With an operational background Ruth has a strategic and pragmatic approach to all things people related. Friendly and outgoing, she is enthusiastic and approachable and skilled at building relationships to get the best out of people. Outside the day job Ruth is a qualified Les Mills Body Pump Instructor and indoor cycling instructor and teaches these in gyms on a regular basis.
