Martin is a highly experienced HR professional and entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of expertise in the fields of Human Resources, Training, and Organisational Development. He works to provide business-orientated workforce solutions to some of the issues that modern workplaces face.

He has previously worked at HR Director level for a number of organisations and holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Martin’s key strengths lie in being able to problem solve quickly and make decisions that will commercially benefit the organisation. His main passions lie within training and development interventions, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, change management, OD&D, TUPE employment law and complex ER case work and Strategic HR Management.

Based in the Midlands, Martin is also an avid Birmingham City FC fan and heavily into hip-hop music (he was also a professional DJ for ten years as his Side Hussle!)
