• 15 years senior ‘People’ experience, including HR, OD and L&D.

• Extensive experience of leading and developing teams with both operational and strategic responsibility.

• She is a CMI qualified coach, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and accredited Insights Discovery practitioner.

Hannah is a qualified and experienced People professional (MCIPD) with 15 years experience across a range of Senior HR, OD and L&D roles, leading teams and creating the strategic direction across HR and L&D functions. 

Hannah has shared her Insights Discovery and Coaching skills with both not-for-profit and commercially driven businesses globally across a diverse range of sectors. Her purpose or ‘why’ is to support leaders to become even more effective and she believes that even the best leaders have further untapped potential.
