• Ewan has worked with organisations across virtually every industry and sector, and in many parts of the world. Strong experience leading and running workshops for global, multi-site audiences.

An experienced and confident presenter, trainer and negotiator, Ewan has excellent commercial experience having delivered over £35m of professional services during his career to date.

• Highly experienced Non-Exec Director and innovator in his own right, Ewan also sits on the Boards of The Scottish Handball Association, CHAP (Board Advisor), Renew The World and PawHaus as well as being Exec Chair of WorkbaseHR.com (a SaaS HR Management Platform).

Ewan is also a fully accredited Investors in People Specialist (IIP, IIYP [Investors in Young People]) as well as being part of the small team who worked with L. David Marquet (“Turn The Ship Around” author & speaker) and his team in Florida to create a business-ready version of David’s work on intent-based leadership.
