• With over 20 years of private sector experience in retail, hospitality, online marketplace, Aviation and now the founder of her own consultancy; she has covered operational and strategic management and leadership up to Senior leadership level.

• She has a confident manner and forward-thinking outlook, where no issue is too big or too small to solve. She brings bags of enthusiasm and energy with her to every conversation, and with her deep interest in all things neuroscience, positive psychology, wellbeing and personal strengths – she brings a fresh, and different perspective to old-age problems.

Originally from South Africa, Desiree studied Dramatic Arts and received her degree from the Tshwane University of Technology, before immigrating to the UK in 2025. With her intense passion for people development and her intuitive appreciation for all culture, Desiree loves to bring flair to everything she does. She has recently qualified as a Licensed Practitioner for Motivational Maps, and now uses this tool to help businesses and professionals reach their full potential by understanding the power that is motivation.
