• She has an excellent commercial understanding with experience in developing innovative new revenue streams from business services, delivering operational cost savings, and evaluating ROI and VFM.

• She has extensive experience in leading large, remote teams and working with groups and individuals as a coach and mentor.

Beth is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds Masters level qualifications in Employment Law and Executive Coaching. She also holds an ILM Level 7 Coaching & Mentoring qualification and is accredited to deliver this course for others. She is an experienced consultant and conference speaker and has led sessions for the CIPD at the Birmingham Conference and for the Learning Technologies Show in Olympia, London.
